Real estate agent CV and resume example
Brokerage managers hire agents on closed deals, not on how many calls they make. They read for your RERA broker card, the number and AED value of deals you closed, the areas you know and your split between off-plan, resale and leasing. In Dubai, add your BRN, your client languages and whether you drive, since agencies match agents to buyer groups and expect them to cover viewings across the city.

How to write a real estate agent CV
- Give your closed deals as a count and a value, for example '31 sales worth AED 52M in 2024, 19 off-plan and 12 resale'.
- Show your RERA broker card and BRN, or write 'DREI broker course passed, RERA card in process' if you are still applying.
- Name the areas and property types you know, such as 'Business Bay off-plan apartments' or 'Dubai Marina resales', and the buyer groups you serve.
- Prove your lead generation and follow-up with figures, such as '120 live leads in your CRM, 40% from referrals' or 'first response in under 10 minutes'.
