How to write a project manager CV
- Quantify each project with budget, team size, duration and outcome, for example '$3.2M ERP rollout, 18 people, delivered two weeks early'.
- Show how you handled risk and change, such as a scope change you negotiated or a slipping project you brought back on track.
- Name your methods and tools, like Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Jira or MS Project, matched to the wording of the job ad.
- Put PMP, PRINCE2 or Scrum certifications near the top, since many recruiters filter on them.
