How to write an administrative assistant CV

  1. Say who you supported and at what level, for example 'the CEO and two directors' or 'a team of 30 sales agents'.
  2. Put volume in numbers: meetings arranged, trips booked, invoices processed or visitors handled each week.
  3. Include one or two improvements you made, such as a filing system, a booking process or a supplier change, with the result.
  4. List the software you use daily, such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or an ERP, and add your typing speed only if it is strong.
