Terms of service

These terms cover your use of cvfalcon.com and its CV builder, operated by Unreel Creative For Design Services (UNREEL), United Arab Emirates. Payments are processed by Stripe and appear on your statement under our business name. By using the site you agree to them. You must be at least 16 to buy.

What you get

You can build and preview a CV with any template for free. Downloading a PDF requires the CVFalcon Pass, a one-time payment of $9, shown in full at checkout. It unlocks every template, including ones added later, with unlimited downloads. It is not a subscription and never renews. Prices are in US dollars; your bank may show a converted amount and may charge its own fees.

Delivery

The Pass is a digital product. It is unlocked in your browser as soon as your payment is confirmed, your PDF downloads straight away, and a copy is emailed to the address you paid with. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder or use Email me the PDF in the builder, or write to us.

Your right to cancel

At checkout you ask us to unlock your downloads straight away and confirm that you understand you lose the right to cancel once that happens. If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, this is the consent the law requires for digital content supplied immediately, and it means the usual 14-day cancellation period does not apply once your Pass is unlocked.

Your content

What you write is yours. You are responsible for making sure it is accurate and that you have the right to use any photo you add. The PDFs you download are yours to use for any job application, personal or commercial.

AI features

Import and Improve with AI use an AI model to read your old resume and suggest wording. AI can make mistakes. It is instructed not to invent facts, but you must check every line before you use it, and you are responsible for what your CV says. Only upload your own resume, not someone else's.

Our templates

The template designs remain ours. You may use them to make your own resume. You may not resell the templates, redistribute them as templates, or use the site to build a competing template product.

The Pass

The Pass is personal and stored on your device. You can restore it on another device with a link we email to the address you paid with. A Pass stops working if its payment is refunded or disputed. If we ever close the service, we will give reasonable notice so you can download your CVs first.

Refunds

All sales are final, because the PDF is delivered instantly and you can preview it free before paying. If a download fails or you were charged twice, we fix it or refund you. See the refund policy.

Fair use

Do not try to get around the payment, copy the site or its templates in bulk, overload or attack our systems, or use the service for anything unlawful. We may block access that does.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep the site running and the PDFs correct, but we provide the service as is. We cannot promise any particular outcome from a job application. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or takes away rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded.

Payment problems

If something looks wrong with a charge, please write to us first. We answer quickly and refund where we should, which is faster for you than a bank dispute.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without taking away any protection the law where you live gives you as a consumer. Questions: support@cvfalcon.com.
