They want to see tenders run properly, suppliers managed well and contracts that protect the business, through the ERP systems they use. How to write a procurement officer CV
- State the annual spend and categories you managed, such as 'AED 150M a year across civil, electrical and IT services'.
- Show savings as a figure and a percentage, and say how you got them: competitive tender, framework agreement or renegotiation.
- Include cycle time, supplier performance or compliance results alongside savings, since good procurement is more than price.
- Name your systems and qualifications, such as SAP MM, SAP Ariba or Oracle, and CIPS membership or study.
