How to write a data analyst CV
- Write bullets as question, method and outcome, for example 'built a churn model in Python that flags 70% of cancellations a month early'.
- Give the size and type of data you handled, such as row counts, event volumes or number of sources, so the reader can gauge complexity.
- Put SQL, Python or R and the BI tool you use most, such as Tableau, Power BI or Looker, at the start of your skills list.
- Link a portfolio or public dashboard with one or two well-documented projects if your day-to-day work is confidential.
