Pharmacist CV and resume example

Pharmacy managers check your licence before they read anything else. Then they read for the setting, the prescriptions you dispensed a day and how you handled controlled medicines, insurance claims and counselling. In the UAE, name your DHA, DOH or MOHAP licence and its status, or say your Prometric and Dataflow checks are complete, and add any home-country registration, such as a PRC licence.

How to write a pharmacist CV

  1. Write your licence as it appears on the card, for example 'DHA pharmacist licence, active until 2027', or 'DOH Prometric passed, licence in process' if you have not received it yet.
  2. Give your setting and daily volume, such as '160 prescriptions a day in a community pharmacy' or '45 inpatient orders verified a day in a 200-bed hospital'.
  3. Show safe practice with a number, such as 'no controlled medicine discrepancies in three inspections' or 'counselled 30 patients a week on inhalers, insulin and antibiotics'.
  4. Add one improvement with a figure, like cutting insurance claim rejections from 9% to 3% or expired stock write-offs by 40%.
